Glasgow Hawks are today pleased to announce that they will be running their annual rugby
camp from Monday 1st August to Friday 5th of August. The camp will run from 09:00 – 16:00,
in previous year the camp cost £220, £200 and £170 so this year we will be running the
camp for £150 per person.
Below is a plan of the camp and some key information for the camp
09:00 – Drop off
09:15 –Registration
09:30 – Breakfast
09:45 – Coaches Talk / Daily plan
10:00 – Warm up games
10:30 – Rugby Session 1
12:30 – Lunch
13:30 – Warm up games
14:00 - Rugby session 2
16:00 – Pick up
All coaches qualified with SRU and Disclosure.
Skill development focusing on Ball presentation, Hand catch, Offload and Tackle
Technique.
Age 8 – 16 year olds
