BT Premiership - Week 5
This weekend presents a feast of rugby for your entertainment. Glasgow Warriors take on Connacht in the Guiness Pro12 this evening in near perfect conditions. Our own Mike Adamson continues his career development as one of the assistant referees. KO at Scotstoun is 7:35pm but you need to be there because this top-of-the-table game is surprisingly not on TV.
On Saturday afternoon, GHK host their rivals when Glasgow Accies come across the fence. Both clubs have won their first two BT West Division 1 games so they are both on form. KO at Old Anniesland will be at the earlier time of 12:45pm.
Following the local derby action, Hawks 1st XV take on Hawick in a must-win game for both clubs as they languish near the bottom of the BT Premiership table. Neither side has played badly yet but have only one win from four. Hawks will be counting on home advantage and a vocal support to make the difference. KO at Old Anniesland is at 3pm.
The Hawks 2nd XV are also at home tomorrow against Watsonians in the BT Reserve League National 1. (KO 3pm)
