Glasgow Uni's season finally gets going. Glasgow Uni's young 1st XV won their BUSA Cup match against Durham Uni 3rds by 20-10 at Scotstoun this afternoon. Sam Bullock kicked a conversion and two penalties with tries by Jamie Fieldhouse and Angus Hardy. In addition the Developmemt Squad came a very creditable 4th in Stirling Uni's 10s Tournament at The Gannochy. To also make it a Glasgow double against North East Englamd opposition, GU rivals Strathclyde win away in the Cup at Newcastle Uni 2s by 31-15 so a good day all round for Glasgow a Rugby students.
