Happy 80th birthday to Tom Howie
Tom has given a lifetime of service to rugby in Scotland
He has had involvement with Glasgow Accies ,Kilmarnock/ Ayrshire and Hawks
Tom was Chairman of selectors for the old Glasgow District and Chairman of Hawks when they won the first of their hatrick of league titles in 2004
Who can forget his donation of Stewarton bonnets for the Hawks touring party to South Africa in 2003
In 2005 Tom was given a special award for service to Rugby in Glasgow
Tom has continued to support Hawks in many ways and was still on the touch line on Saturday at the Greenyards
