It’s is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of J.P.Friebe
Percy was a stalwart of the great Glasgow HSFP teams of the 1950s which won the Scottish Championship on three occasions He was capped v England in 1952
He also played for Worcester ,Moseley and the RAF
He represented the RAF v The Army at Twickenham and even won an English County Cap for North and Midlands
He was the Honorary President of GHK and appears on all four honours boards at Old Anniesland
A very loyal supporter of Hawks and a thoroughly nice man
