With heavy rain forecast for Sunday all players are strongly advised to check emails and on these pages before setting off.

S1 away to Marr RFC in Troon with a 2pm ko. Meet 1pm there.
S2 training at Scotstoun 3G, 12pm start
U15 away to Birkmyre RFC. 2.30pm ko. Meet at Kilmacolm 1.30pm
U16 away to Strathendrick RFC. 2pm ko. Players meet at Fintry for 1pm.
