LineoutReady workshop at Lochinch Sports Ground on Monday 3rd August 1900-2100. The LineoutReady Workshop is designed to help coaches understand the three basic lineout principles of THROW, JUMP and LIFT

In addition to these key areas, the workshop will also cover various set-up options and aim to develop a knowledge of games and activities, which can improve decision making and role execution at the lineout.
