Hawks pre season training got underway tonight at sunny Balgray
The players assembled including several new faces under coaches Gary Mercer,Peter Laverie and Jimmy Sinclair
The programme continues at Balgray on Thursday with input from Viki Pen and the Sports Science Dept of Glasgow University
