Clubs from the Tennant’s Premiership have had their pick of 95 professional players contracted to Glasgow Warriors, Edinburgh Rugby and Scotland 7s, ahead of the new 2018/19 season (Saturday 1 September).

Based on their 2017/18 league position, each club took its turn to draft the players from Scotland’s pro teams and Scotland 7s players.

Players will be made available to Tennant’s Premiership clubs each week, dependent on the selection of pro team squads.

Scottish Rugby’s Technical Director, Stephen Gemmell, said: "We're pleased to announce the latest pro-player draft which, over the years, has provided a platform for integration between the BT Premiership and the professional game, and opportunities for our developing and established professional players.”
