Coach’s Comments on Selection:

We welcome the inclusion of Scott Cummings who is released to play after lengthy absence and we are hoping to see huge impacts from the Warriors player
Steven Findlay, Cammy Fenton and Gary Strain continue to start in the front row with Lyall Archer making his first appearance on the bench after being named in the Scottish Universities squad earlier this week.

In the back division Josh Henderson starts at full back and Paddy Boyer comes in for George Horne at scrum half. Brendan McGroarty and Bobbie Beattie continue their partnership in the centre and we welcome back Erland Oag on the wing after an absence due to work commitments

Coach’s Comments on Match:

After a disappointing loss against a rejuvenated Hawick team last week we must make sure that we have a vastly improved performance against Boroughmuir this weekend. Boroughmuir, like us will be desperate for a win this weekend so we know it will be a fiercely fought contest at old Anniesland. Boroughmuir have one of the best offloading games in the league and play an open expansive brand of rugby that we enjoy challenging ourselves against.
