In the pack Angus Cooper comes in to help us at hooker from Glasgow University while Andrew Kirkland returns after being unavailable last week. Ewan Rintoul comes in at tight head after impressing last week with Lyall Archer moving into the second row after losing last weeks stand out performers Rory Jackson and Gregor Brown to the Scotland U19’s camp.

The backs sees Matthew Stewart come in to partner Erlend Oag in the centre of a back line that is starting to show so promise.

Selkirk deserve their 3rd place as they have proven to be consistent performers over the past couple of months. They have a big pack and some real flair in the back line with the Italian connection really impressing and causing problems for other teams.

Last week it was great to get back to winning ways but any team can win a one-off game. The mark of a good team is being able to put together back to back winning performances and we have yet to do that this season.

That is the challenge facing our lads this weekend.
