Biography
Peter Horne made his debut for Glasgow Warriors as a replacement against Ulster in March 2009. His first start followed the same month against Munster at Firhill and he signed a full-time contract that summer.
Horne, who can play in a number of positions across the back line, was part of the Scotland 7s squad in 2011/12.
He scored the winning touchdown in the historic away win over reigning European champions Leinster in September 2011, a try that was later voted Warriors Try of the Season by supporters and he scored the winning try against Northampton Saints in last season's Heineken Cup – which was also voted try of the season.
Horne made his Scotland debut in South Africa in the summer of 2013 but picked up a knee injury on the tour which kept him on the sidelines until April 2014.
